Tubes
CMP JSC produces more than 100 types of tubes, including ribbed, capillary, seamless, hot-and cold-formed. The products are resistant to corrosion and durable due to the low hydrogen content. Such tubes are used in shipbuilding, aircraft and nuclear engineering.
Welding wire
Titanium welding wire is manufactured with a diameter of 7 to 0.8 mm. Despite its lightness, it has high strength that allows producing light and at the same time durable structures. It is used in aviation, shipbuilding, automotive industry, chemical industry, and medicine.
Materials for additive technologies
JSC Chepetsk Mechanical Plant is engaged in the production of titanium materials for 3D printing. CMP JSC produces titanium wire and powder compositions that allow printing geometrically complex products on a metal 3D printer for the needs of the aviation, space, automotive, medical and energy industries.
Medicine
Titanium alloys are in demand in the medical industry. CMP JSC produces more than 15 product ranges used in the manufacture of joint prostheses, dental or bone implants. All manufactured products are corrosion-resistant, have good biocompatibility and osseointegration with human body tissues.
