The social policy of Chepetsk Mechanical Plant is aimed at ensuring social stability and improving the quality of life of employees

The basis of the social policy of CMP JSC is long-term social programs and events aimed at improving the quality of life of employees. All support programs implemented at CMP JSC are reflected in the collective agreement of the enterprise.

Trade union organization

One of the largest trade union organizations in the nuclear industry operates at CMP JSC. The trade union represents and protects the social and labor rights and interests of workers - members of the trade union. The organization creates conditions for safe work, monitors the implementation of social guarantees specified in the collective agreement of the enterprise.

One of the divisions of the Trade Union is the Women's Council, whose activities are focused on creating conditions for the equal participation of women in production activities. Representatives of CMP JSC actively participate in the formation of a professional industry women's community of nuclear industry and the development of international cooperation in the field of using nuclear energy.

The trade union is also involved in organizing cultural events, sports competitions, professional skills competitions, recreation in summer camps for children of employees and the implementation of the award policy of the enterprise.
